Monday - Friday 8am-4pm 

  • £35/ 1 hour session (When paying upfront for 5 or more)
  • £40/ 1 hour session (When paying session by session)

Monday - Friday 5pm-8pm  / Weekends 8am-8pm 

  • £70/ 1 hour session

Group Sessions 

You don’t do anything without your best friend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible. Again this can be outside, In a gym or in the comfort of your own home.
