NUTRITION

I will provide you with a fully tailored plan to fit your lifestyle.

Your exact Calorie and macro requirement will be custom to your goals with a full “what to eat” meal plan with foods i recommend to hit your calories.

BUT

I understand the importance of making a diet plan fit your lifestyle, so the plan also teaches you how to track and monitor your own food choices so nothing is off plan.

 

I also calculate your daily Water intake requirement, plus recommended supplements to help you fully optimise your health.

 

The Nutrition is monitored and altered throughout the 12 weeks, as we progress through each phase.

Also included with the nutrition is my “500 calorie recipe book” which gives you tons of food options and ideas.


TRAINING

You will receive a fully customised Training plan designed around you, your goals and tailored to fit your available equipment (if any) so no problem if you don’t use a gym or train from home.

This will also change throughout each phase and also be connected to my Fitness App where all exercises come with my custom video tutorials that will be available on your phone of how to perform each movement so you can be confident knowing you’re doing things right.

The app also allows me to monitor your workouts, Track your calories and offer unlimited support and accountability with check ins and 24/7 contact.

A Strong body starts with a strong mind, within the plan we have sections to implement on creating rock solid habits to have you and recovery so we cover and optimise everything needed to get your in the best shape both physically and mentally plus teach you the habits to sustain this long term!
